Ara Suite

The staff was very helpful in getting us into our rooms early after an early arrival into Rome. They gave us maps to help us get around and made some very good suggestions for touring. We appreciated the little things like explaining the keys and having them in the order that we would need to use them. The rooms were clean and the showers were a good size. We weren't used to showers being fully glass inside the room instead of the bathroom, providing no privacy to the person showering. It would have been nice to have some sort of privacy screen or if the glass was etched on the bottom half. We made it work though. Everything else was great and we really liked the area. It was very easy to walk across the bridge to get to the city center.

Great location

Great staff, very clean room. There cleaner does an incredible job. It’s very close to everything. If you scared of elevators though it’s a bit of a hassle on the 3rd floor but nothing crazy for younger folks.

It was easy to access, great location, lots of great food very close by, it’s like an in the middle spot to do everything in Rome! Staff was great, very friendly! Cleaned our room, even folded some a few clothing items for us at one point. Had a great time, would stay there again!
