I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Calido Hotel, and I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional care and kindness. During my trip, I unfortunately fell ill, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it's the caring and attentive staff that make it truly special. I highly recommend Hanoi Calido Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. You'll be in excellent hands.

Hotel has nice rooms, service and mantains good cleaness.
Breakfast is simple, but enough for a quick bite before heading to a meeting point for a tour at 8am.
Staff at the lobby is very friendly and helpful during all shifts.
