Wonderful staff. Friendly and efficient. Breakfast was amazing. Very family oriented. We spent two nights at El Poblado and enjoyed every minute of it. Great location for family walks either at day or night time. Thank you El Poblado team for an unforgettable experience in Medellin!

First off I want to say the place is very small , there is no where at all to sit n get fresh air . You get no welcome drink like most hotels give , even though on Expedia states you will get bottle water. Also I booked a suite which states king size bed and two twin beds, when I get there the manager states I was supposed to request the extra bed after I paid the extra money saying the suite came with more than one bed … then the receptionist going to say I can send you one and he won’t charge… it was just a hot mess. The suite have one small t v .. this place was made for one person so if u have kids choose another hotel.
