Location near restaurants and subway station was good. Room was clean and with big windows. Our room had only one small mirror inside the washroom, and the AC worked intermittently... staff helped making it work, but we had to call them twice during our stay to get it fixed.

Very lovely staff, nice and clean and very convenient to most attractions.
The only trouble we had was no signage in foyer to tell us what floor hotel was located on.

We had a nice room overlooking the street, and we're able to open the windows. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants and a metro station. It's also in walking distance to the Vatican. I would stay here again if back in Rome.
