It was older than the photos showed and also smaller than the advertisement photos, but it was very quaint and the people were very, very nice

This hotel is very typical of Venice. Smaller room, but has everything you need for a night’s rest. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable.
Note that this hotel is in a quieter part of town (which was preferable for us in terms of being able to sleep without much street noise).
