Excellent front desk ladies for helping out with any questions.
Location is quite convenient with eateries, shopping malls, parks, and mountain(forest) trails. Parking was easy too.

Comfortable room, view from window onto hotel lower roof, not great. Sink tap was not secured well, reported but nothing that I could see was done about it.

I had a very pleasant stay at Shilla Stay Dongtan. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was especially good, with a great variety of delicious options. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and is conveniently located. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.
