We enjoyed a lovely evening and overnight stay here. Katie gave us a warm welcome on arrival and she and her team were excellent throughout our stay. There is a clear focus on customer service. Our room (4 -The Aviary) was perfect and had a beautiful bathroom with free standing bath as well as a shower. Our evening meal and breakfast were excellent. We can't fault this place - great for an overnight stay

Staff were excellent - always helpful and responsive. Room was small ( mainly our problem - booked reservations too late). Door & lock was most difficult to operate.

We got a warm welcome by all the staff. Dinner was excellent and room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. There was a wide breakfast menu, with just a few slightly different things on offer, which we had.
