Overall very good experience. Easy access, the best location we could have imagined, the AC worked very well, the bathroom is large, the bed is comfortable. Smaller room than expected but everything was great.

Maurizio is a very nice host. Very responsive and helpful with recommendation. This place is close to the center and within walking distance to very nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants. If we return to Monopoli I would stay here again.

Maurizio was very helpful with instructions about checking in. Room was clean. Only complaint was the poor water pressure for the shower.
Maurizio also helped organise the car transfer to Matera.
