Fantastic hotel, with excellent staff, super charming, perfect location. Really couldn’t ask for anything more.

The staff here are so accommodating. They contacted me prior to the trip to help ensure we had airport transportation. We were easily able to communicate. The front desk staff were lovely and speak English. They also helped us call taxis during our stay.
The room was very nice with our own private patio. There is daily room cleaning. The included breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The hotel is located in a central area in the Sassi. We were able to walk to most places.

Very unique room we stayed in. The cave was magnificent, very spacious and comfortable. The terrace outside was exquisite!
The room had a dehumidifier that was working the first night, but we noticed on the second night, It wouldn’t come on. So the air was damp that night.
Would definitely stay here again and again !
