The entire stay was great. It's located within a neighborhood and parking is on the street but didn't have any issues finding parking. I believe that if you rent the lower level units you have parking in the back with your own private entrance from the back. We used the outdoor shower as well which was a nice touch if you have multiple people staying. Each room has its own air conditioning unit which you can control to your desired temperature and it worked well throughout our stay. We really liked a restaurant near by, Pirilos Pizza, the food was great and reasonably priced. If you are into desserts and pastries, Kasalta looked really good as it was always packed full of people, but we didn't get around to eating there. But will definitely try it on our next trip to PR.

The property is in the middle of a neighborhood but the people that live there keep to themselves. One thing to be aware of is that there is some dog waste on the sidewalks because some owners don’t clean up after their pets. The apartment is spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, which made the stay much more comfortable. The photos make the rooms look a little nicer than they are in person, but they are still fine. The rooms and beds were comfortable so no complaints there. Any time we had an issue, the staff was very responsive and provided quick solutions. There were a few things beyond our control and theirs, such as a water shortage in the area, but they handled everything as well as they could. I generally prefer staying in hotels, but this was still a pleasant experience. It would not be my first choice, but I would consider staying here again.

The property was great the only concern I had was the first bedroom closet to the front had sand in the bed the day of arrival but other than that the experience was great and I plan to book again despite the one issue

Great place to stay. Near good restaurants and a few bars. Plus you can walk to the beach if you want
