。。） [English version] This was my first time using the private lodging system. I stayed a total of 5 nights. The experience was terrible. The reason is... The facility description on Hotel.com said "Room cleaning (daily)," but in the end, Room cleaning: Not even once. Towels: Not even once changed. Cleaning request: I requested it on the second day, but there was no reply. On the fourth day, they replied that they were on their way, but no cleaning visit was made... In the end, I booked a different hotel for the fourth and fifth nights and stayed there. Well, it might be fine if you're only staying one night, but from what I saw, it felt like cockroaches were having a field day in the room, even during the day. (I guess this is a common thing in the Philippines...)

Wouldn't let me check in or honor my reservation, and then refused to give a refund even though I had to get another hotel.
