LAKES HOTEL APARTMENTS

Good size room easy access and friendly staff they have been very very helpful

Yes all good

Neat and tidy room, very friendly staff and super quiet place to stay. Bathroom is very small, but great water pressure. Centrally located and easy to find. Make sure you bring your own toiletries. Its the little things that could be improved on like dusting skirting boards and making sure there is enough coffee and milk for the occupants for the duration of their stay

Overall, the quality of the room is pretty poor. When we got to the property, the door was insanely hard to open we thought we’d been given the wrong key, only after kicking the bottom of it did it open. Once we were in, there was no normal lock and the door handle was sagging so we weren’t sure if it was actually locked or not so I had to place a chair in-front of the door, just in case. The floors were DISGUSTING, after I had showered and got into bed, the amount of stuff that came off my foot onto the sheets from the floor was insane, it’s like the floors aren’t cleaned. The staff were very helpful in letting us organise a late check-in though as we were driving in from Sydney and were rocking up later than 6, so I’m appreciative of that. Overall, staying for 1 night was fine but if I had to stay any longer than that, I’d probably think twice.
