The resort was in a convenient location for my work, and looked nice on website and was ok in person.

Complex check in, booked for 3 people & had paid extra at time of booking, reception were adamant extra fees were payable as the room booked was only for two people??? Went round in circles, felt like I had no option but to pay extra again. Got to room, scrolled through emails & found receipt for extra payment at booking, reception looked into it & admitted fault & refunded, which was kind of them.
