It had all we needed for our two day stay. Close to the wall's entry gate and had it's own car park on the property.

Max is a wonderful host. Good continental breakfast, outside Lucca wall 2 minute walk. Confirm at booking you need onsite parking. For me it was location, location, location. Very comfortable and affordable.
