Clean room, tower warmer was nice. However, the hotel staff barged into our room 3 times on separate day

Lovely air conditioning, rooms were very clean - amenities lovely! I had mobility issues and the hotel had a lift / easy access to the rooms.

The first day my room was not ready for 2.5 hours beyond the check-in time (3pm). I was supposed to be informed if it was ready and it appeared they forgot about me. Besides that, the bathroom at times had a funky smell to it, though I can say I never did tell them to check that out because it wasn’t strong enough to make me want to pack everything up and move to a different room.
Pretty friendly staff, especially the gentleman at night that got me extra towels when the housekeeper did not come in on the second to last day.

The rooms are small, however, everything is really well maintained and clean. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. If you prefer a quieter room, I would get one on the higher floors, though the rooms on the ground floor open onto a charming courtyard garden.
