Our stay was great. They let us checked in early 12nn as we got to the hotel really early. The breakfast was good as there were alot of choices though they didn’t have decaf coffee. The hotel was clean and the location was the best. They have excellent staff as well.

Location is wonderful just across from the beach. The hotel needs a refresh renovation. Lots of people complaining about noise from construction next building. It wasn't not that loud. The outdoor pool was refreshing but gets crowded with young kids and families. The breakfast buffet was amazing each morning just be advised to get there early 6-8am it gets very busy. The spa is fantastic and priced reasonably. Overall the his resort hotel is outstanding because the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again in future visit.

The rooftop pool is beautiful however you have to find someone to get pool towels and there is VERY limited seating so often you can't sit poolside. The elevators are slow and there doesn't seem to be enough of them for the number of rooms resulting in long waits. The breakfast buffet has an abundance of options however nothing feels personal about the service (or lack thereof) in the buffet area and many food choices is not the same as a high quality buffet with fewer options. The hotel is located directly across from the beach with active construction on both sides. They give you a complimentary drink at checkin to make up for the noise (they forget to mention you can only use the voucher for 4 items of their choosing). The construction noise didn't bother us but we did not have a side room directly facing the construction. There are hundreds of restaurants you can walk to from the hotel.
