The hotel staff are super kind. The gentleman who helped us with check-in and check-out was the most polite hotel staff member I’ve ever met! I also highly recommend the location, which is extremely convenient and close to many restaurants and shops.

Hotel28 was in a perfect location right in the heart of Myeongdong close to transit, plenty of shopping and great food. The staff and accommodations were excellent and my family and I felt right at home during our brief 3 day first time stay in Seoul. We would highly recommend Hotel28!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel28 Myeongdong. The staff were incredibly helpful from check-in through check-out and truly made our experience memorable. They were very accommodating when we requested a late check-out, allowed us to store our luggage with the concierge until our evening flight, and even called a taxi for us to Incheon Airport, which made our departure stress-free.
We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary cookies in the lobby. Housekeeping was available daily if desired, and whenever we requested extra towels, the staff responded quickly and cheerfully.
The hotel was very well maintained and looked exactly like the photos on Expedia, which is always reassuring when booking.
The only thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s right in the heart of Myeongdong, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. However, because it’s such a lively area, it can be noisy and crowded at times. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a quieter neighborhood, that’s something to consider.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily recommend Hotel28 Myeongdong to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with exceptional service.
