What a view. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Communication via email and messaging was quick and efficient. Breakfast was excellent as well as Dinner. The only blot was the view from the kitchen area, the window on the outside was dirty and covered in cobwebs. Apart from that, would recommend and wish I could have stayed longer. The private onsens were gorgeous and clean. The indoor clothing provided was a nice touch and could be worn anywhere inside the hotel including dinner.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with great view of Mount Fuji. Quiet location outside of town. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. More free amenities than most hotels, like free coffee all day. Would highly recommend to stay here

Went here to hike and walk around neat Mount Fuji, however, it was rainy and foggy. Staying at this hotel made up for this bad weather. Took advantage of having the spa treatment and massage. It was very relaxing two days for our trip to Japan.
