The hot springs and overnight guest lounge were nice. The hotel does need a remodel but the staff were amazing and super helpful, especially their English speaking staff. One in particular, he was extremely helpful to my elderly parents.

A great hotel with a generous breakfast option. It is pretty walkable to the closest station and only one more stop to Nara Park. I thought that staff was great.
