What a deceptively lovely place to stay. The exterior hides the warmth and friendliness inside.
Beautifully up to date and simply designed interior. Easy to navigate and super clean.
Access to the rooms can be up the fire escape stairs from the rear car park, best for us, or through the bar. And we took advantage of the cutlery and plates offered for our takeaway. Brilliant!
The pub has a friendly atmosphere, happy customers and a fab live band played. Do check if there is a live event during your stay and do join in!
We would stay again to have good value access to the beautiful area of our ancestors.
D and J, in our 60’s.

Dog friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free on site parking is very convenient. Easy walking distance to Fox Valley and all its amenities. On occasions, at weekends, rooms at the front of the hotel, you can hear people leaving the pub at the end of the night. Although the noise doesn’t go on for long. It has never put us off staying.
