Great cozy little hotel with a friendly and lively vibe. Location was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, even by Japan standards they were so helpful and gracious!

We loved staying at the hotel. It’s well located, near the castle and Kenrokuen Garden. The staff are friendly and kind. The new bar next door, which belongs to the hotel’s owners, is comfortable and gave us a chance to talk to other people staying at the hotel. This is our second stay at the Hotel Pacific. There’s a convenient laundry with new machines and lots of hangers for clothes.
