Great stay close to the train in La Spezia! Simone and Elisa were incredible hosts. Always accessible if we needed anything (which we didn’t because they thought of everything). Up quite a few steps but there is a small lift if needed and for luggage. We loved it. Next to great restaurants and very safe area. They even called a taxi for us when we wanted one. It was a great stay.

Elisa and Simone are wonderful hosts, and they made us feel like family. They were so helpful and attentive to our needs, taking the time to send us restaurant recommendations, chat and give us a sense of the city and area history. They provided maps and directions to Cinque Terre. The hotel's location is perfect - a short walk from/to the train station and in the center with restaurants and shops all around. It is a nice walk to the port on a pedestrian street for wonderful fresh seafood! This is a small hotel with a bed and breakfast feel, although no breakfast because there are great breakfast spots just outside the hotel. Elisa and Simone made it feel as they welcomed us to their home including chocolate and wine upon arrival! Grazie.

This was a wonderful guesthouse. The staff were incredibly kind and warm. The facilities were great, and the drying room was a lifesaver. The room was clean, and I would love to stay here long-term. Thank you.

Beautiful room with a stunning view. Spotless rooms and the most lovely helpful hosts! We have never felt such a warm welcome in a hotel. Elisa and Simone were so thoughtful and generous gave us so many wonderful recommendations to enjoy their beautiful town and beyond. Gave us information about the trains and ferry and restaurants. Make sure to bring cash for the city tax. Absolutely amazing stay. They made us feel very welcome and at home. The room itself was spotless and beautiful definitely felt a special stay. We will definitely stay again and spread the word of this special gem of a hotel. Thank you again for your hospitality!
