Comfortable bed. Great shower.
No hanging space for clothes, we stayed for 6 nights.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and relative good location (it’s easy to get to all the tourists places by walking)

On the direct line to the airport and near the park and Shops. I spent most of my visit in Baixa which is closer to sites, transport connections and restaurants.

Everything was great except the issue with paying the city tax in cash. I didn’t have any on me, and since I was only staying one night and had an early flight, I couldn’t leave the payment before leaving. They messaged me about it afterward, and I tried to pay online through Revolut or Venmo, but they only accepted a Portuguese system. It was a bit inconvenient—adding the tax to the final price would make things much smoother for guests.
