good location, very good facilities and friendly staff but...
the pool/spa had a few unfixed issues (apparently unreported) and saunas were rather cold
good meals and room refreshments

Nice hotel in a beautiful area, professional and friendly staff. Bikers friendly - service and cleaning place, secured storage for bikes. I would recommend bike trails Singltrek pod Smrkem that is right behind the hotel.
After riding you can enjoy outdoor whirpool.
