Staying at Phaedra Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The hotel sits right on a beautiful stretch of beach, and waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely balcony that made every morning feel special.
The staff were the highlight, they were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warmth made the entire experience feel personal and relaxed. The pool and private beach area were perfect for unwinding, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and inviting.
Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a place in Crete that combines comfort, beauty, and truly exceptional hospitality, Phaedra Hotel is the one. It’s a hidden gem!

We've had a lovely week at Phaedra. The hotel is clean and the room was well appointed. The staff, particularly Nikos were super friendly and helpful, both before our arrival snd during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble! We’ll be back, i hope!

This is the absolute best hotell i've been for this price. Should've been at least 4 star with the service. Other 4 star i the neighbourhood could not compare. Absolutely would recommend!
