Amazing time, we came for the 4th and this was the perfect spot for the parade!!

We stayed three nights and had hoped to get breakfast there however it appeared that they were understaffed. We waited at the counter on the first morning as a couple ahead of us ordered their food. The staff person then left and did not come back. After ten minutes we left and got our breakfasts elsewhere for those three mornings.

It was a bit pricey for not having breakfast included. You have to pay for even a lame little muffin. But, everything else was great! Good location with fun places to eat within walking distance. We will be back next time we visit family in that area.
