Courteous and friendly staff. Very clean & spacious unit. Convenient location to reach Old Quarter without the noisy and busy surroundings.

This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job.
If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience.

Superb apartment, very spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were always there to help if you needed anything plus the cute little dog gave you a warm welcome every day.
Good value compared to several other places I’ve stayed in Hanoi, only slight downside is it’s about 20 minute walk to the lake area, but a grab bike is easy to book and very inexpensive.
Would definitely recommend these apartments especially at the front to get a balcony and view.
