The room environment. Very clean. Way better then the nearby hotel

Management were great as I extended through an agent and was able to stay in the same room. Room is very comfortable and has been refurbished but still feels a little dated. After hours check in was relatively easy as well.
Room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift.

The location was near to many food and coffee options but above all, the service provided by Krish was excellent! He was the best start to the stay and set the tone of what to expect. He went above and beyond and was really quick to respond.
The TV wasn't working but since it was only for a night, I didn't get them to fix it. Ended up sleeping most of the day away. The room is rather small so if you're coming with a full size luggage, be prepared to attempt some acrobatics move around the room

There is a very good tiny coffee shop and a cute food court nearby.
Clean, and everything is working.
We were on the 4th floor WITHOUT A LIFT. The listing didn't clearly mention that there was no lift, and we were travelling with an elderly person and a lot of baggage. So it was very hard to handle the situation. This is a nice place for backpackers or students. It was obviously overpriced because of the Formula 1 weekend. SO our value for money was quite bad. But it was one of the only places available in Singapore this weekend.
The apartments are very, very tiny, and the bed is against a wall on three sides.
