Location was great! Apartment was clean and spacious. It was decorated in a boho chic style which was really cute. The beds were comfy and had tons of pillows. There were window unit ACs in each bedroom and the living room which kept the place nice and cool. We were within walking distance to restaurants and driving distance to WVU which was our purpose for traveling this trip. (You are within walking distance to WVU as well, just not the Coliseum which was where we were headed. It was just a 5 min drive away so easy peasy!) We were missing some washcloths when we arrived and I texted the host. He responded immediately and dropped them off quickly while we were out for dinner. The driveway is easy to miss if you’re not careful and it’s a very short, steep, narrow entrance. There was ample free parking though. There are about 23 steps to get up into the unit so keep that in mind if you’re renting and have mobility issues. Overall, this was a really good location, a very clean place to stay and a very responsive host. Would stay here again!

was great!

Excellent location for visitors wanting to be close to High Street shops/attractions. May want to emphasize this apartment is not for anyone with mobility issues. There is a steep staircase to access the apartment. The apartment is an art show in itself! Very interesting, artsy decor. AC worked great. Could not locate more than one washcloth in bathroom but did not contact host. Did have to reach out about checkout instructions, host was immediately responsive. Missed having our morning coffee as there were no Keurig pods available, host apologized. Happy to see Morgantown has required building owners to update fire code requirements….fire/smoke alarms connected for the entire building as this is an old structure.

It was clean and easy to access with the parking lot. I was working so I didn’t have a chance to explore but it is off High Street which has some cool spots to explore like Monkey Wrench.
