Had a great stay. The weather was just right. It was wonderful to sleep with the windows open and you could hear the surf at high tide. The view was amazing. We tried out the Irish Pub in town and were lucky to be there on music night. Great entertainment. Being a York resident for over 30 years, it was wonderful to be back in the area and enjoy the fresh air,

This cabin is really unique. We loved sitting on the deck and watching all the wildlife on the marsh. We were married in Kennebunkport during our stay here, but we had our photographer come to the cabin while we got ready and did our “first look”. The backdrop of the marsh and the rustic cabin made for amazing photos! We happened to have binoculars with us, but it would be nice for guests if there was a pair provided for watching all the wildlife. My only other recommendation would be to upgrade the futon/sofa mattresses. They were pretty worn thin and it made trying to relax and watch tv uncomfortable. Other than that the bed and other furnishings were comfortable, the screens on the windows were great to be able to open everything up and get a nice breeze through the rooms. Overall a great stay and I also wanted to mention we had really good communication with the property management.
