We all had a super time and loved all the little extras like video games and other family friendly stuff available. Great time!!!

Our family had a wonderful time! All of us (14 adults kids babies ) really enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights for everyone was definitely the pool. We appreciated the fence around it because of the kids & the lounge chairs got an lotof use. The other seating around the place was really nice to enjoy the outside/ sunsets as well. We used the grill quite a bit & the hosts were very considerate & checked in to make sure we had enough propane. They were also thoughtful in having things stocked & ready for us, included a few extras that we really appreciated, like some fun things for the kids, bean bag toss, & they provided pool towels for everyone, which was great. There are 2 fridges, which was enough to house all the food we needed & 2 dishwashers that kept the dishes at bay. We did find quite a few ticks but that’s not the hosts fault, we just want people to be aware. Maybe it was just a bad year for them There are no extra blankets so if you use the ac & one of your group is prone to be cold you might want to bring a blanket or something. The house felt spacious & the rooms were lovely. Check-out was easy, & it was nice not to have to house clean a lot before we left.Overall a marvelous stay, would definitely go again.

Great home and location for large group going to the Ark!

The best stay with our whole family! We had seven adults and three kids and we had more than enough room to spread out! We had two bedrooms that weren’t even used. Having two living areas and two refrigerators was amazing! The place was clean and decorated beautifully! We would definitely stay here again! The pool and ping pong was a big hit with the kids and adults! We enjoyed our stay and our trip to The Ark Encounter! 10/10
