Clean, quiet and great overall location
Too far from the downtown core

The property was clean tidy and very homely.
As we were there for one night, we were not allowed to do laundry as the host has allowed laundry if booking js more than 3 nights

Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great. It was a quiet location, very clean. The welcome sign and snacks were lovely. A small long life milk might be helpful to accompany the generous selection of tea bags and coffee pods.
We would have liked a little long life milk, and a couple of serving bowls and platters.
A house book would have also been nice - example to explain the white remote. And to suggest sites and restaurants in the area.
Some bright electrical tape to show that the footpath goes down into the steps to get in through the door would also be an additional safety measure.
