Excelente ubicación. Tiene todo lo básico para una estadía en Tokio.
El edificio es bastante feo y no tiene mucho mantenimiento.

The location was good in Shinjuku. Plenty of convenience stores nearby and places to eat good Japanese food. Beds were comfy and there was enough room for our group of 3. Host did send detailed instructions to find the property.
There is no washing machine as per the listing details and the spa/jacuzzi is also not a western style bath. Terrace is a loose description for the space. We had to be extremely quiet as this is an apartment building not meant for holiday rentals.

"Near the station and has enough space and good facilities. The owner was so nice to allow us to check in earlier which was really great because we had a very early flight"
