I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Catelli! The central location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, yet the apartment is tucked away from the noise, making it a peaceful and cozy place to relax. The small terrace adds a lovely touch. The apartment is well-equipped – the kitchen has everything you need, and the bed linen, towels, and even a hairdryer were all clean and ready to use. Communication with the host was very pleasant and smooth. Highly recommended!
Just a couple of things to be aware of: as some other guests have mentioned, the apartment is on the top floor and the staircase is quite steep, with no elevator – so if you're traveling with heavy luggage, keep that in mind. There was also a minor issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi at first, but after following the host’s instructions the next day, it worked just fine.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town in Catania. Close to lovely restaurants and bars. Secure and easy to find. Directions from host are great. Would highly recommend.
A lot of steps up to the apartment - the last set are quite steep so be warned...and mozzies are hard to keep out!
