Everything, we were allowed to check in early, which was a great start to our stay. The room was very clean and tidy with a great view of the harbour. The room had a good selection of drinks ie tea/ coffee chocolate and bottled water. The bedding was spotless and so were the towels provided. The breakfast was superb, cooked to perfection. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be staying again and would recommend it to anyone.

Rooms were a good size and very well kept.
Views from the window over the harbour were excellent.
Lovely seating area out the front for drinks etc.
We had to check out before 10AM then come back to the hotel for breakfast which was at 10AM.
The breakfast wasn’t worth coming back either.
Not enough toilets in the bar area.
Top step leading up the front stairwell is a death trap.
