spacious, more rooms including showers, easy to find because of it’s known landmark that is the clubhouse.
it would be more comfortable if there’s an A/C in the living room especially during hotter days in Davao.

The house was clean and linen were fresh. The owners are very very nice. This is our 2nd stay here. Check in and out was swift and easy. Location excellent.
Though there was a table fan at the living room, it was not enough for the living-cum-dining. Was a bit warm.
