The location is perfect. Close to the historical sites by walking 10-15min. The hotel itself is new, clean, spacious and all the comforts you might need.
The girls in the reception, housekeeping and breakfast are amazing and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We had the honour to meet also the general manager who was very welcoming and advised us many things to do and see.
Would visit again for sure for my next visit in Byblos.

The Room set up was arranged well for celebrating our Universary
Small touch up in Room would make it more attŕactive
Like clean the socket ,the Expresso machine hasn't been checked before check in ,we could not find the QR and telephone wasn't available
However the Manager has been informed and he was ready to assist and accept the remarks with pleasure
At the checkout .
