Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·août 2026
Size of the room, microwave, fridge, bathroom was nice
Bed is hard as a rock, no soft pillows to choose, emergency exit light cannot be dimmed so all night you are stuck in a bright green light, room door don't open fully and if you don't hold it it slams on you, water in shower is warm but you cannot go warmer.

At the time, the front door was very difficult to open, and the 24 hour emergency number wasn't answered. It was only because someone came out that I was able to get in. The door has now been mended (found out on my last day)

Clean and good value for money
Stairs were treacherous and felt unsafe. Only one mirror which was in the bathroom. No blind on the door so very bright early in the morning. No flexibility we were only there for 1 night so from check in at 4pm to check out at 10am, I requested an early check in as we were at an event that started at 1.30 but were told no. I asked if it was possible just to leave our luggage (one nights stay so minimal) and was told no. At that point if we had been entitled to a refund we would have cancelled
