The place felt very homely, clean, modern, and spacious. The neighborhood is incredibly calm and enjoyable—not crowded, with very few vehicles and people, making it a relaxing stay when I visited in September. It's also a great alternative to staying in Nagoya city; since it's super close to Chubu International Airport, you can avoid the rush and crowds of the city. While it's not too far from Tokoname Station, it might feel a bit far on foot for first-timers, but the peaceful atmosphere makes up for it.
If you have large luggage, be prepared to put in some extra effort and energy to carry it upstairs, as the rooms are on the second floor. Also, a suggestion for the future: please provide shampoo and soap for guests. Usually, these are provided in Japan, but I found the bottles a bit confusing for a foreigner like me—I think there was only shampoo for men available.

I highly appreciated the host taking me to the airport since they also had to go to the airport. I had a lot of luggage and they helped to save me the massive headache of taking luggage on the train. The bathing facilities were also very nice.
The bed was a bit hard for my liking but it was livable.
