The location was good. The building was very quiet and respected the quiet time rules.
The pier had a lot of traffic and was not a good experience for fishing. Boats kept passing by. Parking space is tight, I have a big truck. The hot tub could have been a bit hotter.

The boat access and the location was great.
The unit had some Nats for some reason and we noticed immediately.
