La ubicacion fundamentalmente. La comunicación con el/la propetaria rápida y resolutiva. Buena información para la llegada.

“El baño no queda totalmente aislado porque no hay ni manilla para cerrar la puerta. En una de las mesilla de noche no había enchufe para encender la lámpara, el secador no funcionaba. La luz de la salita y de la habitación se encendían y apagaban conjuntamente” Todos estos aspectos son cuestiones que el dueño debe comprobar y resolver antes de alquilar, en mi humilde opinión.

Love the apartment and felt that they were great amenities and wonderful pillows and blankets. TV is huge and easy to use. Kitchen had what we needed. You also cannot be any closer to the action than this location.

The stairs and the entrance were a little tricky to navigate and won't be for everybody. There are a few restaurants right outside the bedroom window so it's not a quiet night if you are a light sleeper.

Midden in het oude centrum. Heel fijne plek, je loopt zo overal naartoe en alles is in de buurt. Goed te bereiken, geparkeerd in de buurt van de locatie in een parkeergarage. Appartement is goed en schoon!

Het was een erg warme week. De locatie heeft geen airco. En dan is het best wel warm. We hebben aan de voorkant het raam open gehad, maar daar was de straat, dus best veel lawaai. Dus een airco was wel prettig geweest!

The location was excellent. A straightforward walk of about 15 minutes from the station, near trams, in an attractive street of shops, bars and cafes and right on the perimeter of the Petit-France area. This is a world heritage site all within a few minutes walk. The hist/owner was very pleasant in communications and came across as helpful and wanting her guests to enjoy their visit. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The shower was good and the water hot - very, very hot at times. Bathroom had a heated towel rail which was nice.

We first had to locate the keybox in a pavement level window recess a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. As we didn't know the area at all it took us quite a few minutes and then found the box partly concealed by a stack of cafe chairs. My husband had to crouch down, twist round the chairs at peer at the numbers which were literally on the ground. The apartment building is very old and has some charm but the graffiti covered front door and grimy stairway was a bit depressing. The flat was reasonably well equipped with modern fairly new kitchen appliances but other items were shabby. It was warm but apart from the kitchen not well lit. The sitting room wall light was faulty - luckily there was a floor lamp - and its switch also operated the bedroom light and bedside lamps. Turning off the switch turned everything off. Our torch was handy. Impression was of a place in need of a bit of tlc. The photos had made it look bright and welcoming but that was not the reality. That said given price and location I'm sure many would find it quirky and charming.
