Very close to Chadwell Heath station was good as we had to go to Royal London Hospital to visit my father. Staff were very supportive and helpful. Very nice video showing how to get in. Showers were nice and also having shampoo and shower gel was good.
Windows were left open and could not easily be closed.
Kitchen needs a good clean and better equipment. Microwave button got stuck. The units probably need to be changed.
The carpet in hallway need to be cleaned or replaced as it had some stains on it. Walls in staircase could do with a clean
Living room only had a 2 seater sofa so we as a family could not sit together some of us had to sit on the dining chair's.
