Very clean, looked after and with all needed amenities. Host answering very quickly.
The only, and main disappointment, was the fact that we were not given the booked apartment. On the name of the place it states "Seaview".
Our apartment had no Seaview at all.
We were not told about the change prior arrival nor offered any partial discount or alternative.
When I asked on arrival, I was told that we had been moved to a lower floor for maintenance on the initial apartment and nothing else could be done.
Everything else was good as the flat was pretty much the same but surely not a good initial experience with the misinformation and lack of communication.
