Nice locataion, quiet neighborhood, park place for the car, comfy beds, close to markets, pizzerias, cafe and bus station

When we arrived at around 20h, the apartment was not cleaned at all. We contacted the owner, who organized the cleaning right away. We went outside to a local restaurant until this is finished, but i did not got a message back that the lady cleaned the apartment. Anyway, after around 2 hours, we went back because we were are sleepy and tired, and the lade was gone, the apartment was cleaded. Altough, it would have been better if the floor tiles were cleaned with a wet mop, but still it was not that bad. The trash was taken out, but the dirty kitchen sponge was left there. Overall, it was sorted out with the cleaning, but it would have been better if everything was checked before and we could enter and get into bed right away.

L'appartamento è grande e in una zona tranquilla. La cucina è fornita dell'indispensabili e il bagno è abbastanza grande. Punto a favore la fermata del bus sa 10 metri dal cancello con cui andare in centro. Io l'ho scelto per un intervento a Villa Laura, e in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva. In macchina c'è ne vogliono 3.

Unica pecca, ma gestita bene dall'hotel, è la maniglia interna della porta che fatica a prendere il giro per aprirsi. Non si resta chiusi dentro, bisogna solo imparare a capirla. Comunque ho segnalato la cosa all'host ( che spero non mi odi dato che ho chiamato o domenica mattina alle 9) e mi ha prontamente assistita.

After asking several times for the check-in guidance ahead of our arrival and not receiving the detailed information until the night before our check-out (!), we had to rely on a hotspot to get in. No apology from the host who only responds on WhatsApp, not to phone calls or messages on Booking.com. Inside the apartment, we were greeted by dozens of hungry mosquitoes, a broken coffee machine, and a full ashtray on the balcony. No kids bed.
