8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
all new and nice; bathroom well planned; my double-room was not very big, and not much space for luggage
no full breakfast but only some good cookies, croissants and coffee/tea; for a hotel a little spartanic

The staffs are super helpful and go above and beyond their duties. I have left my work cell phone behind at there other hotel in Osaka and the staff helped me track it down and ship it to me the next day. So grateful for their assistant. During the day, we have also encounter the earthquake, the prompt and the safety assurance or comforting that they have plans in action. The hotel were clean, great location and we pushes the breakfast with our stay. The breakfast was so delicious. We enjoyed it every morning before we head out for the adventure for the day.
