Hapimag really knows what travelers need, hotel plus apartment. The amenities and staffs are the best in Europe so far we have traveled.
We will stay again in one of Hapimag and let our friends and families know about this hotel in Europe . Danke schoen!

Check in was great very friendly and helpful having an apartment rather than a hotel room was just the right thing for a four day stay. Everything was there that you needed. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Interlaken

Location is convenient and staff are friendly / helpful.
The negatives are lack of air conditioning during the summer. Tough during the heatwave.
Also, we had to wait 2.5 hours for check in when we arrived as they weren’t able to finish cleaning until almost 7 pm.
