10 / 10Remarquable·juill. 2026
No staff on site but very clear instructions made it easy to access the building and my room. The room was small but had everything I expected and was comfortable. WiFi was good. The one disappointment was the breakfast basket which included an item that needed to be heated but there was no microwave available. Plenty of supplies for hot drinks, however.

The owner was very nice and kept the place in great shape- very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay there.

Pros- nice clean room, with TV, tea/coffee making facilities, good location within easy walk to public transport to city centre.
Cons - I personally would prefer to meet the owners on arrival rather than being sent a message with codes for the front door and room door, WiFi password etc (but I guess it works for some people) just call me "old school" 😄
The only other thing that didn't work for us was the breakfast basket, we didn't feel there was enough for the money paid, basket contained a small carton of juice each, a small flapjack, a small pastry and a satsuma.
To be fair to the owner he did message me and say that since COVID they only now supply a breakfast basket and if I wasn't happy with that I could cancel the booking, was just expecting a bit more to set us up for our day out.
