This rental was exactly what we hoped for. Plenty of parking space for our trailer, SxS, and SUV. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was a huge bonus. Our kids were thrilled to be able to go to the pool, grab ice cream, and explore the creek. It made our trip feel relaxed and memorable. We’d definitely book again.

Loved our stay! Front door lock was a hassle but we got the hang of it after 4 days. The river deck was such a treat!

The location was great, but unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing. When we arrived shortly after our 3 pm check-in, it was clear the house had not been prepared for guests. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen, old coffee still in the pot, garbage in both the kitchen and bathroom, no towels or shampoo, one of the beds was unmade, and shopping bags were scattered across the dining table.We immediately contacted the host through the VRBO app and by phone, but did not receive a response for more than six hours. The host eventually came after 9pm to make the bed and do some last-minute cleaning, but by then our evening was already disrupted.Another concern: the downstairs basement bedroom (accessed through an unfinished area) does not appear to meet Wyoming’s fire egress requirements, which raises real safety issues. Also worth noting, part of the house seems to be rented separately, which is not clearly stated in the listing.Overall, while the property’s location is good, the lack of preparation, slow response from the host, and safety concerns make this a place I would not rent again.
