PROS: Location was great, beautiful view, great yard, nice outdoor amenities. If you want a comfortable, clean, new place to lay your head during the night but are doing things outside all day, fantastic spot. Maybe 2 couples or a couple with kids would be the best scenario for this place. Close to major stores, restaurants, golf, etc.. but still felt like you were away from it all. CONS: It was smaller than anticipated. The page lists 3 bedrooms, but only 2. The smaller of the bedrooms includes a loft which requires a steep ladder climb. I assume the loft is considered a bedroom? I imagine kids would love it, but not sure adults would want to do that climb. We did not. The living area is small. We 4 had adults, but the only place to really sit comfortably is a couch that has 3 spots. All in all it I feel its a great place for the right scenario.
