The condo. s on the third floor. We had issue with the door keypad but Penney replied right away for us. There was a lock box backup. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed for the stay. There are lots of little things that are nice in case you forget. Things like cell chargers, hair bands, cotton swabs, tooth picks, etc. The space was nice, the beds were comfy. The dishwasher was out of service but we were informed 2 days before we got there. The kitchen sink drain had a leak that we found. The building is older and some repairs or renovations should be in the future. The pool is very large but needed to be cleaned the first few days we were there, someone must have done that Thursday or Friday because it was better Friday evening. There was lots of bugs and debris earlier in the week. There was a frog living in a crack of the pool deck. We had very good stay. We enjoyed Bolivar and Crystal beaches on Bolivar Pennisula, the parking pass to park on the beach was only 10 and good for a year. Water was beautiful and very warm and shallow. The ferry ride gave us the opportunity to see ships, cruise ships and dolphins, pelicans and seagulls. We also enjoyed the restaurants along the Seawall. Magic carpet mini golf and Houston Space Center was also others fun stops. Overall it is a nice location, nice space for a family and price was right for what you get. We would probably stay again if in the Galveston area.

We had a couple concerns but the owner was very responsive and helpful.

The condo was very clean and organized. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and was clean as well. We would be glad to stay again. Thank you!
